I was in the best shape of my life w...amen to that! I was in the best shape of my life when I was lifting weights and teaching spin! Now I'm training for the half mara (with Bangs) I am running 3x a week, body pump 2x a week and swimming once or twice a week with a little yoga mixed in. I know this cross training will make a huge diff to my body shape!
