20 min workout

Ok I chose 5 exercises all different body parts eg

1 Dumbell press(20kg)
2 Arm curls (20kg)
3 tri pull downs
4 alternative lunge(20kg)
5 Roll out (abs)

Each exercise complete 8 reps and move continously to the next exercise, at the end of all 5 exercises give yourself 30 secs rest(be prompt, gym boss :))) ).

Repeat 5 times, took me 20 mins, time yourself and let me know your time after 5 times round and let me know which exercises you choose .
