This is something I do a lot of so just thought i would put it out there on my blog as I have been a little lazy recently with the blogging.
Last night i thought of a pyramid system that includes kettlebell, so choose any 6 kbell exercises and do them in this order.
All 6 exercises complete doing each 4 reps, 1 min rest only when all 6 have been completed.
Repeat all 6 exercises, 6 reps, rest for 1 min, repeat again all 6 exercises 8 reps, 1 min rest and finally 6 exercises 10 reps.
90 secs rest and do it all again starting from 10-4 reps but this time reverse the order of exercises so you don't get bored and will keep your body guessing.
