Q Camps are here

Lets take full advatage of the weather because we all know it isn't going to be around long.

I have deviced a circit style training session for small groups(4) mimimum in a local park that will last for 45 mins to an hour.
Each group can have a taylored circit to the aims of the group attending the session so "areas" can feel that they have been concentrated and pinpointed.
E.g
A small group of ladies would usually concentate on toning and firming exercises rather than having to do exercises that they feel has no benifits to them as part of a larger group.

This is open to all ages male and female
