SAQ training plays an important role in motor coordination, acceleration, balance, agility and reaction development at all ages and at all levels.
SAQ training also plays a major role in injury prevention. 80% of all knee injuries are non-contact, this means that they must be preventable. My programs will help strenghten the muscles around the joint and thus reduce the risk of knee injuries.
