Work Out Of The Day( WOD)
Today was the first day of the year so I wanted to get in a good session and start 2013 on the right foot.
I decided what the work out was going to consist off on my way to the gym and I came up with this:
80kg Bench Press, 60kg Hanging Cleans,40kg Thrusters all 10 reps then was planning a 2 min rest before starting the process again.
While warming up I bumped into @Juliette Booth and asked her to join me in my madness, so instead of 2 mins, my rest time was while "Jools" was going through her round of bench, clean and thrusters.
In 30 mins we achieved 12 rounds, 6 each :))
