Breakfast

I have been talking about breakfast for over 6 months now and trying to stress the importance of having the right breakfast.


During this time I have completed many questionnaires and if people are having breakfast at all it is not a well balanced breakfast which does not fuel you all day. An ideal breakfast should do the following for you :
Supply your body with essential nutrients.
Supply your body with water.
Provide your body with balanced energy.
Keep your blood sugar levels in check.
Retain your lean muscle mass.
