Spartacus workout with Kettlebells and the power plate

Fri 16th April I made up a spartacus workout with the assist of Kbells and the power plate, thought I would share it with you guys just incase you want a go. 60 secs on 15 secs rest

Kbell swing
Squats on P.P
Kbell clean & Press
Lunge (P.P)
Kbell Snatch
Lunge (P.P)
In and Out (meet in the middle with med ball on the plate )
Plank
Kbell bicept curls Press up (P.P)
Kbell squat
Bicep station curl (P.P)
Twist med ball (P.P)
Woodchops med ball
High alt knees on bosu
Woodchops med ball (other side)
Plank on plate sausage
Walk out into a plank and back to standing
Tricep extentions with kbell
Triceps dips (P.P)
2 mins rest

Press up (P.P)
Kbell squat
Bicep station curl (P.P)
Twist med ball (P.P)
Woodchops med ball
High alt knees on bosu
Woodchops med ball (other side)
Plank on plate sausage
Walk out into a plank and back to standing
Tricep extentions with kbell.

2 mins rest
Side plank x2, 1 leg jumpx2 (P.P), Sat down on plate shoulder press,Kbell row x2,Crunchies on plate,
